Tiro Tiro Knot Necklace
When Teresa Robinson was 20 years old and studying fine art at Hampshire College, she spent 6 months in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. There, she took a jewelry class on a whim and fell in love with metalsmithing. Tiro Tiro embraces an era of experimentation and improvisation, drawing from our years of practice and honed expertise and then making things up as she goes.
From the designer: This piece was created out of the desire for a super wearable, truly everyday necklace. I made one for myself in early 2019 and have worn it every single day since.
Delicate hand sculpted knot was first formed in wax and then cast in recycled 14k gold.
Each knot is individually hand formed, measures approximately 1/2" wide.
Hangs on ultra fine 14k gold chain.
Made in Portland
